I’m Tracie Grace, a trauma-informed healing coach. I believe coaching should be focused on finding a solution, positivity, and taking aligned action.

No one enjoys suffering, feeling stuck, and going over and over what’s wrong, so let’s just get to work on the healing and start moving on.

I am also a psychic medium and a quantum healer. I work on a deep, energetic level to heal and empower you.

I work with various traumas from childhood abuse, sexual abuse, chronic illness, feelings of depression, anxiety, self-harm, toxic relationships, and grief.

Working with me is centred around transforming and healing those deep, hidden wounds and subconscious programming.

Increasing your awareness of your unique strengths and supporting you to release negative thoughts and beliefs from your past, including any roles you may have been assigned in your family, stories you might be telling yourself, and behaviours you would no longer choose, to achieve the freedom and joy you probably haven’t thought possible for you, until now.

My Story…..

My spiritual journey began one evening after I had a visitation from a higher being, a beautiful, tall blonde-haired Angel.

I saw it as clear as day, and after getting over the initial shock, I decided that it must be a sign that I should step up and fully embark on my spiritual journey.

I began meditating, practising spiritual techniques, reading and studying anything I could get hold of. I taught myself how to connect and communicate with the spirit realm and how to read the tarot cards.

That decision changed my life.

Every day, I strengthened my spiritual connection and devoted my life to personal development. I developed the healing methods that allowed me to travel and help others.

As I shared my gifts and watched them transform lives, my mission became clear: to heal, guide and awaken others and to help them on their spiritual path.

Now I want to help you to live with more peace and joy and reach your soul’s highest potential.

While I’m proud to share my gifts, my greatest accomplishment is that I have transformed my past traumas into my biggest strengths and freedom.

With over 30 years of experience in both the spiritual world & fitness industry, this unique combination of my work has made an impact on thousands of lives.

And now it’s time to take my knowledge even further and deliver more support and deeper connections than ever before.

Achievements

A few years ago, I was asked to take part in a film which I enjoyed. Called Lyn & Lucy, it was shown on Channel 4  and won loads of awards.

During lockdown, I was commissioned to write my first book on Spiritualism. I now have four published books:  Shamanism, Wicca & Celtic Mysticism. You can find all of them on Amazon.

 

My Art Inspiration

My angel paintings are more than artwork; they are portals of healing, comfort, and guidance.

Each piece is created through a channelled connection with the angelic realms or spirit.

I open sacred space, call in the highest frequency guides, and allow the colours, shapes, and symbols to flow through me. Every angel chooses how they wish to appear, from their hues and textures to the energy they carry.

When you welcome one of these pieces into your space, you invite a companion:
An angel aligned to your soul that is infused with healing frequencies, Emotional support, grounding & peace.  A reminder that you are always held by Spirit

Many people tell me they can feel the energy of their angel as soon as they see the painting, a sense of warmth, reassurance, or a deep inner knowing that they are supported.

My Journey

Tracie began to see and hear spirits when she was about six years old and finally embraced her gift in her early thirties. She has worked in the mind, body and spirit industry for almost thirty years. She specialises in shamanic healing, somatic movement, spiritual development, meditation and coaching. She has a teaching degree and runs courses and development circles as well as one-to-one readings.
