Coaching Sessions

 

In my coaching sessions you will be guided through a wonderful transformational journey I will be like your trusted companion offering you support, insight, and a safe space to explore your experiences, and together we will embark on your journey of healing, self-discovery, and growth.

As you take your first steps you will become aware of the impact the trauma has had on your life and how it’s been holding you back.

I will encourage you to acknowledge your pain and the challenges you face, bringing your experience into conscious awareness.

As we delve deeper into exploring and understanding the roots of your trauma, with my guidance you will uncover many layers of emotions, beliefs, and patterns that have shaped your journey so far.

By peeling back the layers and revealing hidden insights you will gain a much deeper understanding of yourself.

Healing isn’t just knowledge, it’s about actively processing and integrating what you’ve discovered.

As you start releasing and letting go of what no longer serves you, including the things that you’ve been holding on to, or any limiting beliefs that have held you back.

It will be like shedding a skin, making room for new possibilities, and embracing a renewed sense of self.

You will integrate your coaching and healing experiences into your daily life, adopting healthier coping strategies, nurturing yourself, and embracing the freedom to live authentically with your values and desires.

But you must remember healing isn’t just a one-time thing, it’s a continuous growth of expansion and a journey of self-discovery, just as the seasons change so do the stages of healing.

Sometimes you may revisit previous stages with new insights, or encounter new challenges that need further exploration, with guidance you will gain resilience and develop skills to navigate the bumps, and they will empower you to trust your capability to heal.

First, we start with awareness, then into a stage of acceptance, and embrace the understanding as we start to integrate it.

As the healing begins, you will find a sense of expansion and awareness taking place, it’s important to work through all experiences, each individual will have different traumas and wounds and will handle the journey differently.

I will support you in navigating your healing and provide a safe space to help you explore your experiences, as we go through self-reflection and self-compassion and draw on any resource that we need for your healing journey. 

Often, we have to work through memories in layers, through the hurts, the betrayals and anything else that comes up.

We may work through them once, but sometimes it takes several attempts, we do whatever we need to on your transformational journey, everyone is different so everyone will have a different experience.

Each time a new stage is achieved, you will feel better and you will take better care of yourself.
