I few weeks back I attended a one day, Inner Child  Retreat with Tracie. We started with a Cacao ceremony to prepare and relax me. Tracie asked me what I wanted to get from the day’s sessions. I could see that I had some unhealthy patterns in my family and in my life and I wanted it to end.  In the first session, we cut some cords and contracts and made changes to others regarding family and situations.  I also realised I was creating a loop with certain situations this was cleared through the Akashic records. We visited the sea and did a water ritual asking the sea to remove and clear exactly what I decided I wanted. Now I no longer feel like I have 50 pounds of emotional stress on my back and I now feel able to create healthy boundaries.  I have better results in my meditations and I’m attending other courses in spiritual subjects to help me. I have better eating habits and exercise more putting more care into myself and improving my mental health to reduce anxiety. The final part of the retreat was finding out about past lives clearing the ancestral line and collapsing outdated timelines I could feel my body jumping during the meditation as the timelines cleared. I now recognise signs and patterns so hopefully, I won’t slip back. It has also had a knock on effect on my son he seems to have a lot more confidence since my energy has changed I think this is because I feel I have control over where my life is heading. So thank you so much for the retreat my life has transformed so much xx  Clare Roberts

Hi, I had a retreat day back in May with Tracie, and I have transformed so much. It helped me understand my trauma and how to deal with it. Tracie was great and not judgmental at all. Since I have had the healing, I have taken control of what I want and don’t want in life. I can’t change people, but I can change how I react to a situation, and I was put to the test the other day. I am pretty much ‘grey rock’ individual. I realize no one’s coming to save me. I have to be tough build up resilience and treat negative people and situations as noise that eventually goes away, which helps not to trigger and become emotional. I’m definitely not codependent on anyone anymore. I’m forming my own mind’s beliefs.

I look at what I am grateful for and what I have achieved. I’m drawn to pink opal crystal at the mo, which is helping a lot, and following my intuition. I’m making plans to have fun all the time, and that energy is drawing in like-minded positive people. I say my prayers, I do my akashic healing and now follow a healthy plan for my mind and body. I have cleared all the old stuff from my house, done three dump runs, and 5 trips to the charity shop. There is no point holding on to things from the past, and of course, as Tracie instructed, keep a spiritual diary as every experience is unique and you need to be honest and be your true self. I look forward to the future and the next healing sessions or sessions to learn about spirituality. I can truly say I love and respect myself more, which is attracting more abundance. Hi, Tracie I just wanted to give you some updates on the healing I had the other week on your healing retreat, where we cleared the masculine and feminine, and also ancestral lines. I had a conversation with one family member who had treated me quite unfairly for a long time and they approached me and apologized. I was so surprised and it felt like out of the blue. But really, I believe it was due to the healing we had done. A weight was lifted as soon as they apologized. So clearly something I was holding on to and didn’t even know. Also, I had to tell someone something I thought they would take badly but was so surprised how supportive they were. I had been holding on to the news for a few months now and I felt instant relief. Overall since your healing, I feel so much lighter and even though I am going through a stressful life journey at the moment I don’t feel overly stressed since I had healing. Thank you so much. I really enjoyed the retreat healing day. It helped me to discover that I was holding on to some personal issues that I had not addressed or shared with anyone previously. I lacked the confidence to discuss these issues openly and this had made me feel stuck with no idea how to resolve them. However, since the healing session, I’ve found that I’ve been more open with people which has allowed new opportunities to enter my life. Hi Tracie, I just wanted to say thank you so much. I have been doing the energetic coding programme. I’m on our 3rd session and I already can see the benefits. I know that I gave you feedback for my latest reading that you did for me in March 2020, however as the year reading is almost at an end I thought I would give you an update. First of all I want to thank you for your reading, as per usual it gave me a lot of insight into the year. In April I was furloughed which was very stressful for me, but your reading advised that I had a decision to make regarding a move of some sort and that emotions would be running high, but harmony would return, and overall I feel that this was a good decision and it gave me a lot of time to consider what direction I want my life to go in. In July we found out that my cat had heart failure, with your reading I knew that my dad was with me supporting me at that difficult time. The year hasn’t been a great one with a lot of anxiety, but that is to be expected with all that is currently going on. Your reading suggested that September wasn’t my best month, and even though I got married, breaking my leg, meant you were spot on with that comment. After that, as can be expected I was sofa and bed-bound while my leg healed. But I knew that we had January to look forward to. Well, this is the main reason I wanted to give you some more feedback. I have never been disappointed with any reading of yours. And you could not have been more correct about January. You started it with Wow what a month, (and we needed some positivity after 2020) you advised that we would sell our house and get our offer accepted and that we would get money coming in and unexpected opportunities at work. Well, we by the 11th we had an offer on our flat, which we accepted, and our mortgage in principle was agreed (money coming in), on Thursday I had a phone call from work regarding a new role that was much better suited for me, and I’m a thousand times happier but it was so unexpected. And last but not least we got our offer accepted on our dream house. So you could not have been any more correct. I actually can’t believe we had all that happen and the month isn’t even over yet. Thank you so much and if anyone is wondering if they should have a reading done by you. I highly recommend they do, because with all the uncertainty that is currently going on, your reading gave me hope and even when things didn’t turn out how I would have liked or expected, I knew I could handle it. I lived in London for 52 years & when it was the anniversary’s of my late parents passing I would always go & see a medium as dates are special to me. I am very judgemental & expect the best. I imagine it is always wonderful to receive feedback, so I thought I should reply to let you know how things have been coming along. I let go of a friendship with a guy I had been in love with for years and quite frankly was just hurting me the more. I have weaker moments when we still talk but I don’t let him use me as he used to which was killing me inside. I recently got a wonderful new job that I am so excited about and hope to move into my first new flat very soon. Whilst none of the above still does not give me the love and relationship I want, I have more love for me. And I guess we cannot ask for more than that.
