We forget how to move and how to sense effectively, this can be overcome by restoring the brain’s control over our movement. This is highly effective at releasing muscle tension and trauma stored in the body, it resets our muscles and calms the nervous system.
It removes, restores and releases tension, we restore the freedom of movement and then our world opens up again to do some of the things we love.
