It’s important to work through all experiences each individual will have different traumas and wounds and will handle the journey differently.
I can support you in navigating your healing and providing a safe space to help you explore these experiences, as we go through self-reflection and self-compassion and draw on any resource that we need for your healing journey.
So often we have to work through these memories in layers, through the hurts and betrayals and anything else that comes up.
We can work through them once, but sometimes it takes several attempts. We do whatever we need to on our journey, everyone is different so everyone has a different experience.
When a new stage is achieved and you move forward and integrate it, you will be inspired to take better care of yourself and allow these steps to carry you on the unique journey that is just for you.
